How You Can Help
We have a variety of volunteer positions available. Here are some of the ways you can contribute:
Gate Staff
Various Shifts
Welcome festival-goers, check tickets, and provide information. Be the first friendly face people see!
- Check tickets and wristbands
- Provide directions and info
- Help with crowd flow
Stage Hands
Setup & Breakdown
Work with our technical crew to help bands set up and tear down equipment between sets.
- Assist with equipment setup
- Help bands with their needs
- Stage area maintenance
Security
All Weekend
Help maintain the peaceful, safe atmosphere that makes our festival special.
- Monitor festival areas
- Assist with any issues
- Help enforce festival policies
Setup & Teardown Crew
Pre/Post Festival
Help transform the space into a festival wonderland and clean up afterward.
- Set up tents and structures
- Arrange vendor areas
- Post-festival cleanup
Grounds & Parking
Throughout Event
Keep the festival grounds clean and help with parking coordination.

Volunteer Requirements
- 4-Hour Shifts: You must work a 4-hour shift for each day you attend the festival to receive free access.
- Advance Registration: All volunteers must fill out the volunteer form in advance.
- Positive Attitude: Bring good vibes! You're representing the festival spirit.
- Flexibility: Be willing to help where needed - festival life can be unpredictable!
- Reliable Communication: Provide contact information so we can reach you during the festival.
