General Information

Welcome to Get To Gather 2026, taking place June 11–14, 2026, in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. This grassroots music and arts festival is all about community, creativity, and good vibes along the Conococheague Creek.

We welcome music lovers, families, and festival-goers to join us for live performances, workshops, camping, and a weekend of connection with like-minded folks.

Our festival is committed to being family-friendly, inclusive, and eco-conscious. We're all about creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

Camping & Facilities

  • Camping Setup: Camping is available on-site starting Thursday, June 11. Set up your tent, RV, or van in designated camping areas. First come, first served for spots.
  • Facilities: We provide portable restrooms, handwashing stations, and limited water access. Please bring your own drinking water and refillable containers.
  • Quiet Hours: Out of respect for families and neighbors, quiet hours are 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during these times.
  • No Open Fires: Open campfires are prohibited. Portable camp stoves are permitted in designated areas only. Please be mindful of fire safety at all times.

Volunteer Information

  • Join the Crew: Volunteers are the heart of Get To Gather! Help with setup, stage management, gate operations, cleanup, and more.
  • Perks: Volunteers receive free festival admission, a commemorative festival t-shirt, meals during shifts, and camping access.
  • Commitment: We ask for a minimum of 12 hours over the festival weekend. Shifts are flexible and we work around your schedule so you can enjoy the music too!
  • How to Apply: Visit our Volunteer page to fill out an application. Spots are limited, so apply early!
  • Orientation: All volunteers must attend a brief orientation session on arrival. We'll provide training, safety info, and answer any questions.
  • Community Spirit: Volunteering is a great way to meet people, give back to the festival community, and be part of something special. We can't do this without you! ✌️ Apply to Volunteer

Event Conduct

  • Respect Everyone: Harassment, discrimination, or hateful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
  • Consent is Key: Always ask before taking photos of others, touching personal belongings, or entering someone's campsite.
  • Family-Friendly: This is an all-ages event. Please keep language, behavior, and attire appropriate for families and children.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, glass containers, and professional recording equipment are not allowed. Security reserves the right to search bags.

    • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates festival policies.

Vending

  • Food & Craft Vendors: We welcome local food trucks, artisans, and craft vendors to participate in the festival marketplace.
  • Application Required: All vendors must apply in advance and be approved by the festival team. Space is limited.
  • Vendor Requirements: Valid permits, licenses, and insurance are required. Health department regulations apply to all food vendors.

    • Food safety certification (for food vendors)
  • Setup & Fees: Vendor setup begins Thursday morning. Fees vary based on booth size and type. Contact us for pricing and availability.
  • Vendor Conduct: Vendors must comply with all festival rules, environmental policies, and maintain a clean, organized booth area.

Alcohol & Pets

  • Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted for attendees 21+ in designated areas only. Please drink responsibly and never drive under the influence.
  • ID Required: You must show valid ID to consume alcohol on festival grounds. Glass containers are prohibitedβ€”use cans or plastic cups only.
  • Pets: We love animals, but for safety and comfort, pets are not permitted at the festival (except registered service animals). Please make arrangements for your furry friends at home.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Leave No Trace: Pack out what you pack in. Leave your campsite cleaner than you found it. Respect the land and nature around us.
  • Recycling & Composting: Use designated recycling and compost bins throughout the festival grounds. Let's minimize our environmental impact together. Learn About Leave No Trace
  • Water Conservation: Water is a precious resource. Please use it wisely and avoid waste.
  • Wildlife Protection: Do not disturb local wildlife or vegetation. Stay on marked paths and respect natural habitats.

Health & Safety

  • Medical Services: A first aid station will be available throughout the festival. Trained medical personnel are on-site for emergencies.
  • Stay Hydrated: Bring refillable water bottles and drink plenty of fluids, especially during hot weather.
  • Sun Protection: Wear sunscreen, hats, and protective clothing. Seek shade during peak sun hours.
  • Emergency Contacts: In case of emergency, contact festival security or call 911. Emergency phones are located at the main stage and campground entrance.
