General Information

Welcome to Get To Gather 2026, taking place June 11โ€“14, 2026, in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. This grassroots music and arts festival is all about community, creativity, and good vibes along the Conococheague Creek.

We welcome music lovers, families, and festival-goers to join us for live performances, workshops, camping, and a weekend of connection with like-minded folks.

Our festival is committed to being family-friendly, inclusive, and eco-conscious. We're all about creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

Camping & Facilities

  • Camping: Primitive tent camping is available on-site. Please bring your own tent and camping gear.
  • Parking: Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Carpooling is encouraged!
  • Restrooms: Portable toilets will be available throughout the festival grounds. Please help us keep them clean.
  • Water: Potable water will be available. Bring refillable water bottles to stay hydrated and reduce waste.

What to Bring

  • Tent & Sleeping Gear: Tent, sleeping bag, pillow, and any camping essentials.
  • Sun & Rain Protection: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, rain gear, and a tarp or canopy for shade.
  • Comfortable Clothing: Layers for day and night temperatures, comfy shoes for walking and dancing.
  • Reusable Items: Water bottle, cup, utensils, and plates to reduce single-use waste.
  • Personal Items: Toiletries, medications, flashlight/headlamp, and cash for vendors.

Event Conduct & Safety

  • Respect Everyone: This is an inclusive, family-friendly event. Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
  • No Violence or Harassment: Any form of violence, harassment, or hate speech will not be tolerated and may result in removal.
  • Follow Staff Instructions: Festival staff and volunteers are here to help. Please follow their instructions for everyone's safety.
  • Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, or fireworks. For a full list, see our FAQ.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Leave No Trace: Pack out everything you pack in. Help us keep the festival grounds beautiful.
  • Recycling & Composting: Use designated bins for trash, recycling, and compost.
  • Reduce Waste: Bring reusable containers, bottles, and utensils. Avoid single-use plastics whenever possible.

  • Respect Nature: Stay on designated paths and camping areas. Do not damage trees, plants, or wildlife habitats.
  • Fire Safety: Only use designated fire areas. Never leave fires unattended.
  • Water Conservation: Be mindful of water usage at stations and facilities.
  • Cigarette Butts: Dispose of cigarette butts properly. They are litter!

Volunteer Information

  • Why Volunteer? Get free festival admission, meet awesome people, and help make the magic happen behind the scenes!
  • Shifts: Volunteers typically work 4โ€“6 hour shifts in exchange for a weekend pass.

Alcohol & Pets

  • Alcohol Policy: You may bring your own alcohol for personal consumption. Please drink responsibly and follow all local laws. No glass bottlesโ€”use cans or plastic containers.
  • Pets: We love animals, but for safety and comfort, we ask that you leave pets at home. Service animals are always welcome.

Vending Opportunities

  • Food & Craft Vendors: We welcome local artisans, crafters, and food vendors. Apply for a booth on our vendor page.
  • Application Required: All vendors must apply and be approved in advance. Visit our Vendor page for details.
  • No Unauthorized Vending: Selling goods or services without prior approval is not permitted.
  • Support Local: We prioritize local businesses and makers who align with our festival values.

Health & Safety

  • First Aid: A first aid station will be available on-site. Staff will be trained and ready to help with minor injuries.
  • Emergency Services: In case of a serious emergency, dial 911 or locate festival staff immediately.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially in warm weather.
  • Sun Safety: Use sunscreen, wear hats, and take breaks in the shade to prevent heat exhaustion.

Accessibility

Parking: Accessible parking is available near the main entrance. Please display your accessible parking permit.

Viewing Areas: We strive to make the festival accessible for all attendees. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility needs.

Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at all areas of the festival.
