About Get-to-Gather

Experience the Get-to-Gather Music and Arts Festival, a vibrant and family-friendly gathering nestled in the heart of beautiful Franklin County, PA. More than just an event, Get-to-Gather offers an opportunity for lasting connections, community support, and unforgettable memories.

At the core of Get-to-Gather lies a commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We celebrate diversity, encourage positive relationships, and support local charities with every beat of the music.

Nestled along the serene Conococheague Creek, the festival grounds provide a tranquil setting for attendees to enjoy nature's beauty and connect with each other. With ample space for exploration and relaxation, Get-to-Gather is a celebration of life, love, and the natural world.

General Information

  • All Sales Are Final: No refunds. Please check your purchase confirmation email for transfer policies and procedures.
  • Ticket Holder Requirements: Bring a valid ID. If someone else bought your ticket, they must be with you.
  • Lost & Found: If you lose any personal belongings, visit the Lost and Found booth near the entrance. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Drum Circle: Don't forget to bring your drums! Saturday night, after the main stage show is finished!

Camping and Facilities

  • Camping: Plenty of space available. Feel free to spread out!
  • Grills and Fire Pits: Portable, above-ground grills and fire pits are allowed, as long as there are no local fire hazard warnings. All fires must be off the ground or in a permanent fire pit to preserve the grass.
  • Restrooms & Sanitation: Portable toilets, wash stations, and hand sanitizers will be available on-site. No indoor showers are provided. Please keep your camping area clean and take your trash with you when you leave.
  • Firewood: Do not bring firewood. We have a supply available. If it runs low, we will restock. Bring an axe or a sturdy hatchet if you need to chop firewood.
  • Gate Hours: The Gate will open Thursday at 5pm. Friday and Saturday, the gate opens at 8am. Gates close every night at 10pm.
  • RVs: RVs are welcome! However, if you require an electric hookup, there is an extra fee. Please email us in advance.

Volunteer Information

  • Volunteer Form: All volunteers are required to fill out the volunteer form in advance.
  • Free Attendance: Volunteers must work a 4-hour shift for each day they attend the event to receive free access.
  • Join the Community: By volunteering, you're not just helping run the event, you're also contributing to the vibrant, peaceful atmosphere that makes our festival unique.
  • What to Expect: Volunteers may be asked to help in a variety of roles, including:
    • Gate staff
    • Security
    • Stage hands
    • Setup and teardown crew
    • Assisting performers
    • Go-fers (People who go for this and go for that)

Event Conduct

  • Respect Others: Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Liability: If you damage any property (e.g., tents, equipment), you may be held liable for repairs or replacement costs.
  • Prohibited Items:
    • No illicit drugs, weapons, fireworks, or glass containers.
    • No motorbikes or scooters at the venue during the event.
    • No underage drinking.
  • Security: Random security checks may be conducted. Anyone found with prohibited items will be asked to leave without a refund.
  • Illegal or Dangerous Behavior: Such behavior will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
  • Respect the Space: Keep the venue clean, recycle, and respect others.
  • No Disruptive Behavior: Intoxication or any disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event.

Vending

  • Pre-Approval Required: All craft and food vendors must be pre-approved. Unauthorized vending is not permitted.
  • Please read the vendor guidelines before filling out the application.
  • Vendor registration deadline is May 31st, 2026

Alcohol & Pets

  • Alcohol: Allowed, but drink responsibly. Intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Alcohol consumption is limited to those of legal drinking age, and ID will be checked at the gate.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome! However, all pets require their own ticket ($50 addon). Service animals with proper paperwork are exempt from the pet fee. Please purchase pet tickets in advance.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Leave No Trace: Follow "Leave No Trace" principles. Minimize your environmental footprint and help preserve the venue.
  • Waste Disposal: Do not place trash in the toilets. Take your trash with you when you leave.
  • Reusable Containers: We encourage the use of reusable beverage containers to reduce waste. No glass containers in public areas.
  • Wildlife: Respect local wildlife. Do not disturb animals, and store food properly to avoid attracting them to your campsite.

Health and Safety

  • Stay Hydrated: Bring plenty of water, especially if the weather is hot. Take breaks in shaded areas when needed.
  • Allergies: Carry necessary medications for allergies (food, insect stings, pollen, etc.) and inform someone in case of an emergency.
  • Weather: Be prepared for all types of weather. Event schedules may adjust in case of significant weather warnings. Check the website or social media for updates.
  • Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with nearest exits and first aid stations. Follow instructions from event staff or emergency responders in case of an emergency.
